Kajal Aswani has co-authored an article on the importance of DEI in the Workplace for Hong Kong Lawyer magazine’s February 2022 issue. The article explores the business case for DEI, Kajal’s involvement in co-founding the South Asian Lawyers Group (SALG) in Hong Kong, and provides suggestions for how firms can incorporate DEI initiatives into a firm’s culture.
