Nick Gall is featured in the latest Who’s Who Legal Thought Leaders: Litigation 2020 guidebook which brings together for the first time the insight, expertise and wisdom of some of the world’s foremost litigation lawyers in a single book.
Gall has been recognised as an "Employer of Choice" in Hong Kong by Asian Legal Business (ALB) magazine. The survey asked lawyers and support staff for their thoughts on their roles, career prospects and work/life balance, amongst other things. Last year, over 2,500 private practice lawyers across Asia participated.

Associates Chantelle Woo, Catherine Tso and Loretta Ho hosted an "Associates in Family Law" Christmas lunch on December 10, 2019 and invited some of our peers along to catch up before the holiday season.
We hosted our first Women’s Disputes Christmas Dinner on December 5th, 2019, at Mott 32 and enjoyed catching up with old friends and meeting new ones over Peking Duck and plenty of wine. This will become an annual Gall event where we hope to create a relaxed, informal environment for women in disputes to connect.

Gall hosted a small breakfast event for our family law friends and colleagues to discuss the important topic of mental health in Hong Kong. After a short introduction from our Executive Partner Caroline McNally, Simon Bruce from Farrer & Co in London shared insights from a recent UK Law Society talk organised by the NGO Support Through Court about the explosion of consciousness surrounding wellness and mental health in the UK over the past few years, the importance of kindness, empathy and compassion amongst family lawyers in dealing with the work they do, and grounds for optimism in the family courts.
