Vincent was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in January 2016.
Vincent has wide-ranging experience in complex cross-border matters including commercial and corporate disputes, trust disputes, and restructuring and insolvency matters. In particular, he has advised on the applications for various interim injunctions, Beddoe orders, Norwich Pharmacal orders and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
After obtaining his BEng degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London and prior to his legal career, he worked as a management consultant in the London and Hong Kong offices of an international consultancy firm, advising clients on regulatory issues in the telecommunications sector. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University of Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Gall, Vincent worked for international law firms. He was also seconded to the Singapore office of an international law firm and worked at their Banking and Finance team. He speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
