Rachel Au joined the firm in April 2023 and has a broad dispute resolution practice having previously worked on a number of bankruptcy and winding up proceedings, as well as general commercial litigation cases. She has experience in advising both corporate and individual clients on a range of matters including insolvency, injunctions, arbitral awards and investment fraud that involve multi-jurisdictional elements.
Rachel received her BBA (Law) (Major in Wealth Management) & LLB double degrees, as well as her PCLL, from the University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a Solicitor in the Hong Kong S.A.R. in 2022.
Rachel is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
