Head of Family and Divorce Practice Caroline McNally presents at the inaugural Family Conference in Singapore 8-9 May 2018

Head of Family and Divorce Practice Caroline McNally will speak at the inaugural Family Conference in Singapore presented by the Family Law Practice Committee, Probate Practice and Succession Planning Committee and the Muslim Law Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.

This 2-day event is uniquely designed with panel and workshop segments and intends to encompass Family Law practice holistically. Experts and professionals will be speaking on a range of important and developing issues including private wealth, mental capacity, inheritance and succession planning, Islamic estate planning, the AMLA Amendments, adoption and fostering, mental health issues, relocation, child maintenance, ethics in Family practice, and practice and procedure in Family Law.

Caroline will be speaking on the topic of child support in Hong Kong in the child maintenance and child support session.
