Lydia joined the Family and Divorce team at Gall in October 2016 and deals with a range of family law issues including nuptial agreements, divorce, separation, financial arrangements and all issues relating to children.
Prior to joining Gall, Lydia worked in London advising UHNW and HNW individuals on a number of complex cross – border and domestic issues. She also represented clients on claims under The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and in disputes involving devastavit, breach of trust, domicile and contrasting succession laws.
Lydia graduated from the University of Exeter in 2006 in politics and Italian and continued her studies at the University of Law, Guildford where she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2007 and Legal Practice Course in 2008. Lydia qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2011.
Lydia is fluent in English and Italian.
