Head of Family and Divorce Practice Caroline McNally attends the Culture, Dispute Resolution and the Modernised Family conference at King’s College, London.
The 3-day conference was organised by the International Centre for Family Law, Policy and Practice and attended by judges, lawyers, academics and health professionals from 31 countries.
Highlights included the following presentations:
- The Honourable Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia, Diana Bryant on 40 years of innovative family law.
- Professor Marilyn Freeman on the long-term effects of child abduction.
- Judge Laurence Ryan, Principal Family Court Judge, New Zealand on whether family law cases should be handled by one judge throughout the proceedings.
