Caroline McNally completes the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Training Course provided by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).

Partner and Head of Family and Divorce Practice Caroline McNally completed the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Training Course provided by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). Collaborative Practice is a voluntary dispute resolution process in which separating couples reach agreement without resort to litigation.  While Collaborative Lawyers are always part of the process, the Interdisciplinary Collaborative model provides for health professionals, other communications experts and neutral financial specialists to be part of the clients’ divorce team.

The excellent two-day course was run by the international and interdisciplinary team of Lisa Alexander (lawyer/Canada), Anne Purcell (mediator/Australia) and Lisa Schneider (financial expert/USA).
